Yes. The Translate to Urdu tool uses canvas-based Unicode rendering with Nastaliq/Jameel Noori Nastaleeq fonts to display Urdu text correctly in right-to-left direction. The generated PDF has proper RTL layout throughout — unlike many tools that output Urdu text in LTR direction.
